Living Waters Preschool & Kindergarten provides a high quality, loving atmosphere for young children to learn. We offer 2 & 3 day classes for 2 & 3 year olds, VPK classes for 4 year olds and Kindergarten for 5 year olds.  Exciting Summer Camp programs keep children, 2 through 6, physically, mentally and socially engaged throughout the summer.

Living Waters Preschool & Kindergarten, housed in the little red building across Worth Rd from the church, was, founded in 1993 to meet the need for a preschool in the Fruit Cove Switzerland area. The first class had 5 children. In the current school year we minister to approximately 145 children each week.

Living Waters Preschool & Kindergarten is committed to providing a program that touches all aspects of a child's growth, while respecting and supporting the role of parents in raising their children. Our goals include:

-teaching the whole child (Luke 2:52),

-teaching Godly character (Romans 8:29, Gal. 5:22-23, 1Tim. 4:8),

-and giving the children an enjoyable learning experience so they will pursue knowledge (Prov. 2:1-6).

Creativity, exploration, and discovery are the ways children learn math, science, and language. We use a Bible based thematic curriculum so the children are exposed to themes from the world around us. Music, library time, and outdoor play keep our students engaged mentally and physically in learning.

Our students participate in AWANA Cubbies on Wednesdays. This chapel time features puppets and praise as the children learn to worship together. Bible stories and scripture memorization connect the home and school.

livingwaters_img2Living Waters Preschool & Kindergarten offers classes for children 2 to 5 years old and participates in the Florida state funded VPK program for four year olds. Children must be the appropriate age by September 1 of the new school year to enroll.

To accommodate our growth, we have expanded across the street to the Church Education building. At this location we offer a half-day Kindergarten.  Our small kindergarten class allows children to thrive in a safe, Christ-centered environment where the challenges of learning are tackled with enthusiasm. Our certified teachers deliver a program of highest quality and our Kindergarten graduates do very well when they enter first grade.

Mission

Connecting to God

We believe the ultimate reason for our existence is for a unique and intimate relationship with God that only comes by faith in Jesus Christ our Lord.

Connecting With Each Other

We believe that we exist as believers to build relationships with one another, both in our congregation and outside our congregation.  We exist to build up and encourage all believers, regardless of race, denominational choice, or ethnicity.

Connecting the World Back to God

We believe that the unity of Christians, across denominations, race and ethnicity, will allow the body of Christ to effectively reach the world for Christ.  It is our responsibility as individuals, congregations and the body to actively share the gospel of Jesus Christ.
