Prayer & Counseling

When in need, pray. God invites us to come and cast our cares upon Him because He cares for us (1 Peter 5:7). We are also encouraged to bear one another’s burdens (Galatians 6:2). Praying for each other is an indispensable part of caring for one another. We have a team which would love to pray for your needs. Please contact us by calling the church office or email us.

Pre-Marital Counseling

Are you planning your wedding and looking for spiritual guidance on making the next steps toward a Christ-led relationship with your fiancé and future spouse? To help you build a strong foundation for your marriage, we offer premarital counseling in which engaged couples study Scriptural principles for a God designed marriage and counsel with our pastors. This is required for any couples seeking to have a SCC pastor officiate their wedding or get married at SCC. To learn more, please contact us by calling the church office or email us.

Grace Filled Marriage (8 Week Course)

Ephesians 5 describes marriage as an earthly representation of Christ’s consuming love for his church. Sometimes our marriages experience fatigue and need an ample supply of grace and fresh renewal. In fact, grace is what we need to create the marriage we’ve always longed and experience Christ like love. Grace Filled Marriage is an eight week course that applies the daily reality of a life lived with our spouse the way Christ loves His church. Please contact us by calling the church office or email us if interested.
