Come be a part of the team!
No matter what your gifts are, we have a place for you! Spend some time exploring the many areas God could work through your gifts, talents, and abilities.
SCC K!DS
Each area of SCC K!DS is designed to safely nurture and train children in the gospel of Jesus Christ, while having fun in the process! We have many opportunities to serve on Sundays and throughout the week. From storytelling to caring for babies or connecting with first-time families, there are plenty of places to join in.
SCC Students
Whatever your gifts and abilities, we have a place for you. Whether you’re comfortable being a smiling face at the front door, having deep conversations over a cup of coffee, or anything in between, Ignition Student Ministry is a great place to plug in and impact the lives of the next generation.
Worship
Use your gifts to draw people closer to God through worship during our Sunday morning gatherings. Our worship band has places for a variety of instruments as well as singers. We also have a stage design team who create beautiful settings for worship and communion.
Welcome
From the parking lot all the way to the seat in the sanctuary, we want everyone to feel the welcoming love of God. Our Welcome Team displays God’s love by greeting people with a smile and a hug, helping people find a seat, or getting our first time guests’ connected.
Media
Whether you’re a hardcore audio junkie or you just know how to check your email, there’s an area of media that fits your skill level. Our volunteers are trained to run the slides for worship lyrics on the screens, control lighting, and tweak the sound board to create a great mix of our band
Arts and Web
This team is mostly mid-week opportunities to help create graphics, such as for our sermon series, and update our website. If you’re skilled in web, graphic design or photography, this is a great place to use your talents.
Administrative
This team helps with behind the scenes work during the week. They help with making follow up phone calls, welcoming first time visitors, collecting and entering data, and making preparations for services or events.
