Please pray for Sally Scott who is in Naples, Fl. To stay with her 91 year old brother while his wife is away visiting relatives in Peru, where she is from. Sallys brother had some kind of spell last night resembling a possible stroke & she took him to the hospital. They kept him to do tests. As of this morning, she hasn't any word from hospital. I am not sure if he knows the Lord, so we pray for his salvation & restored health. Pray for Sally also, for continued strength to do whatever is needed for her brother. Thanks for praying.

Please pray for my Mom, Ruby Dyal. Her condition has deteriorated;her arthritis and the kidney failure has affected her bones and she is pretty much bedridden and has chronic pain. We had to take her to the ER on Christmas Day due to extreme nausea and vomiting which continues. She is losing weight everyday. She is getting her lab work tomorrow and we ask for prayers that her kidney function has not dropped below 10. Also, it is now a full time job taking care of my mom. My husband helps as much as he can, but it is taking a toll on me with my hernia and other health issues. Please pray for continued strength for me to continue caring for my mom, and pray for my husband's continued strength to help me.
Please pray for a miracle for my mom to recover some of her strength and for the pain in her bones to subside, and of course her kidney function.
Thank you-Kim Wiggins

update and prayer request: My mom, Caryn, is doing good. She is back to her normal schedule; she is still a little weak-kneed at times, but off all anitibiotics; Her head is still a bit slushy, so she is still on nose-spray; she is still adjusting to the new blood pressure meds. Prayer request is for her neighbor, Jim, who went into the hospital for feeling weak, and has been told he has leukemia; prayers for him and his children as they have to decide where he should live, sell his home, once he is well enough to get discharged. Thanks for all the prayers!

They replaced my aortic valve which has been apparently woefully undersized since birth.
They put in a larger one but it’s still not up to the normal size.
Right now I’m about two weeks out after the operation and I get exhausted walking across the room.
I hope it has to do with the medication
I’m going in again today to get another check. Prayers would be appreciated.

Please pray for our dear friends. This family of four has been apart for almost a year. The husband is deployed and is stationed in Baghdad. He’s very close to the end of his deployment and with the attack at the embassy, we’re praying it doesn’t prolong his deployment.
My best friend has been working as a small business owner and caring for their two young boys. I know they’re eagerly awaiting this deployment to be over. So regardless of the time he gets home, will you ultimately pray for safety for him and all of the men and women with him and the ones on their way?

I came home Christmas day from the hospital. Aortic valve replacement with a mechanical valve. No other blockages. Expected to be "minimally invasive".
The surgeon initially intended to go between ribs but it did not give him adequate room. So they did the standard split sternum access. After removing the old aortic valve, when sizing for the new one they determined genetically my valve was woefully undersized. Apparently the reason I had not had symptoms previously was because I had no other blockages. The surgeon had to add tissue to my valve area so he could get a larger valve to seat. It is larger than I had but smaller than normal. The ordeal was more than I had anticipated.
I want to thank each of you for praying, petitioning God on my behalf. He heard you. God is good all the time!

I could really use prayers for my back. I have been seeing the chiropractor twice a week for a couple of months.now. Things got better for a few weeks then the problems came back and this time I can't seem to get rid of them. The discs in my spine are impinging on the sciatic nerve and it is causing my side to tingle when I move. This is making sleeping hard which just compounds the problemas I am not resting properly. Please pray that my spinal alignment will get better and stay better. Thank you.
